Does Throttle Addikt do custom orders?   

Yes we do, we have a 50 piece minimum on custom orders, please email info@throttleaddikt.com for info

 

 

Are your products made in the USA?

We print our products here in the USA , as far as the shirt material. those are made overseas!

 

 How can I pay for my order?

Throttle Addikt currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and shop pay

What do I do if my order is damaged? 

First off dont be a DICK! Accidents happen we are only human! We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order. Contact us at : Info@throttleaddikt.com

 I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team, email,  so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

I had my hat clipped onto my belt loop and it flew off while riding, Can you send a replacement? 

Well if we did that every time that has happened we would not be in business LOL. Unfortunately that is not our fault and we cant send a replacement for that mistake.
